You will Create 3 new templates, you can add the text you want like *“Ey buddy, I see you have a pending order, can i help you with payment ? … ”

• “OB – First reminder” : This will send to all pending orders 2 days ago.
• “OB – Second reminder”: This will send to all pending orders 5 days ago.
• “OB – Last reminder”: This will send to all pending orders 7 days ago + and will cancel automatically the pending order.
