What is users banning manager?

The users banning manager module for WHMCS give your system a powerful tool to block unauthorized login attempts for x time and notify the website administer about the failed login attempts. The administer can setup the limit of the failed login attempts and setup the number of days the user will be ban also administer can setup how can receive the notification. The users banning manager module use WHMCS banned Ips feature to work if the module detect unauthorized login attempts it will insert the IP of the user in WHMCS banned Ips then block the IP.

How it works?

After installing the banning manager module, the admin can setup the module and manage how it going to work. From configuration the administer can enter the number of failed attempts to band IP and administer can enter 0 to disable the users banning manager module. The administer also can enter the number of banned days and select the administers that will receive the notification email. The email will contain the user IP address the number of failed attempts and the number of banned days the administer can edit the email template by going to setup > email templates > admin messages > client failed login attempts
