WHMCS Services has created a module for vendors who would like to suspend their clients for any reason, including if they did not follow the business rules. The client does not have any access to place an order, services, or Domains. The only thing the client will have is support tickets and the billing section- just in case they own any invoices they will be able to pay. Also, if you want to stop the client from placing an order only, you can do that.

Admin can see all suspended clients.

• Ability to notify the customer with a template of our choice (ability to select from multiple templates to send), as to the reasoning for the account limitation
• Ability to mass refund all invoices on the account (if it is linked to a payment gateway that supports automated/API refunds)
• Add a sticky note to the account (with a template/message of our choice)
• Products: You can define the maximum number of Products Active in that Client and the maximum number of Products in the Cart
• Products: You can define the maximum number of product groups active in that Client and the maximum number of Groups in the Cart
• Products: Option where you can select if you wanna count the Fraud and Cancelled orders at the check
