We know that you can setup a welcome email in the product field but We created this module because of VPS and Dedicated servers. Some VPS and Dedicated servers are not setup automatically so when the client signup for a dedicated server, the system automatically opens the Ticket with Subject New Server Details and with content like welcome email. After a server is up your admin will update this ticket with server details.

That is all, simple module

1. Choose Support Department
2. Select for what product group you wish the Ticket to be open
3. Enter the Ticket Subject example... New VPS Server Details
4. Enter the Ticket message example... Dear client XY...
5. Choose Ticket Priority
