MW Support Clock is a very useful module for Support Personnel. It helps WHMCS admins to know the exact amount of time spent while giving support to their customers. It is very interactive and easy to use. This module displays the Client support time as a graph for different days of all system engineers with complete history. The support can be categorized into different support type and groups. The module has complete settings for whether or not to force the support time to get started while viewing the client detail page or support ticket page individually. The notes added from the module are associated to each client and can be viewed from the client page as well.
