Once you have uploaded the script to the addon-folder, activate it.
You will be asked for only two things after you activate the module:
You must add a link to the support area, preferable the main navigation menu - or into a template of your choice. The link is this:
http://URL/?m=liveagent&action=list
When a logged in user go to that URL they will will get a lit of their support tickets (either open or closed). Your users can view the messages in detail.
Note that only verified e-mail users will be able to use it.
In addition to the ticket-list, they can click on the ticket and get a list of all messages on this ticket.
You must go into settings at LiveAgent Control panel, API-section and create a new API-key. Give it a random name and only select "View tickets" on permissions. Your key is a string with more than 16 characters, displayed in the interface.
I reccomend to also only allow API access to your install IP to increase security. This is also spesified at their control panel.
