How to install the addon:
- Just unzip it in the main WHMCS folder,
- Then in the top menu go to "Setup > Addons Modules" and activate the module + enter the license key, and configure the permissions.
- Then click on the top menu "Addons > Ticket Center" and enter the configuration. (you can get the remote API Credential from the remote WHMCS admin in the menu: "Setup > Staff Management > Manage API Credentials" )
That's it!! You can now view the remote tickets in the regular tickets list, and click on every line to open a new window and go directly to this ticket in the remote WHMCS website.
