You have 3 type of identity verification the first is customer service PIN the customer can enter 6 digits the second is credit card number the customer can enter the last 4 digit of credit card number and the last is bank account the customer can enter his bank account information the admin can enable or disable any of the 3 type of identity verification. Also, you can enable or disable how you can view the customer service ID in ticket view and customer profile. For customer side in client area the client can add his service ID by going to "My Details" in side menu he can see customer service ID or from the "Support" dropdown menu.
