If someone just comes to the website, they would ONLY be able to view the login page.

Active or inactive EXISTING customers may send an invitation to their family or friends via email or copy/paste any way they please. That invite link would be unique and have a way for the admin to set the amount of time it would expire. That invite link would allow that person to view the rest of the website and create an order. It could only be used once. Also, the admin to create and send an invitation link as well.

In addition, if the invite link is used, meaning the person signs up for service, and also the ability to give a "commission" or "credit" I would define the amount to the person who sent the invite link.
