Ticket Summary Widget

An admin dashboard widget designed to highlight the current state of each Support Department to ensure a healthy helpdesk.

The widget provides your team and leadership with quick visibility on the number of tickets opened in each department in real-time, highlighting departments with open tickets and warning when the ticket count is growing too high by highlighting the department in a soft but visibly highlighting red coloring.

How do i download and install the addon?

Download is available from our Client Portal once purchased. Installation instructions are contained within a README.md file in each package. Installation is as easy as uploading files to your WHMCS installation directory.

What versions of PHP are compatible?

PHP 7.1, 7.2, 7.4 and 8.1

Do you provide installation?

Installation is easy and normally includes only the upload of the files to your WHMCS installation directory.
