Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: My client only sees the default payment methods why aren’t the other gateways available? A: This usually means the product does not have any specific payment gateways assigned or other products which is in the cart don’t allow other payment methods. It can also happen if the client is not part of a client group with whitelisted gateways or has no individual gateway exceptions set. To resolve this, make sure at least one of the following is configured:

• The product has allowed gateways assigned
• The client is part of a client group with whitelisted gateways
• All products in the cart allow the intended payment method
• The client has specific gateways assigned directly
